Snohomish County Dahlia Society has the honor of hosting America's longest running annual dahlia show, having our first in 1910. Our 92nd show was another unqualified success as over 3,000 blooms were packed into beautiful Floral Hall and for the 2nd consecutive year one of our own members won top honors. Richard "Dick" Ambrose won the coveted best bloom award with a superb exhibit of Gordon Leroux's spectacular new introduction, Kenora Jubilee. Other honors went to Jean Knutson for best triple bloom entry, Hamari Accord; best basket went to Les and Vivian Connell, Devon Blaze; and the best arrangement in the show was given to Gordon Jackman's excellent presentation using Akita No Hikari.
