The Snohomish County Dahlia Society
Purpose
The purpose of the Snohomish County Dahlia Society is to encourage and educate all who
are interested in growing dahlias, whether it be for a lovely addition to a private
garden, or for growing show quality dahlias for competition at local shows and fairs.

Meetings
The meetings are held at 7:30 P.M. on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Legion Park Hall,
145 Alverson Blvd., Everett, WA (next to the golf course).
Directions
Each meeting consists of a short business meeting, plant culture, refreshments, and a
door prize drawing. Many of the top Northwest Dahlia growers attend these meetings and
are more than happy to share their experience with others.
Membership
Annual membership dues for the Snohomish County Dahlia Society are
$12.50 for a single person, and $15.00 for a family membership. Members
receive a monthly newsletter.
Spring Tuber Sale
Every April our members conduct a public tuber sale at Legion Park Hall with thousands
of top quality dahlias available for sale at very reasonable prices.
Annual Dahlia Show
The Snohomish County Dahlia Show is held annually in mid-August in Floral Hall at
